I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was superb, right near the Pleasure Beach, and the rooms were clean with a side view of the sea, but the noise from the entertainment was disturbing until late. The service had its ups and downs, with a missed morning service but Angela stood out for her excellent meals and entertainment. The dining was average, although the porridge was delicious. Overall, it was a convenient stay with some drawbacks.

The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area of Blackpool, across the road from the tram, making it convenient for visiting the Pleasure Beach. The rooms were cozy, and the staff, especially Richard and Elaine, were extremely helpful and ensured guests had a lovely Christmas despite some initial room mix-ups. The dining experience could be improved by allowing more time and space for guests to enjoy their meals together.
